Top 5 Easy Tea-infused Drinks Using Only 3 Ingredients

Tea is such a blessing in disguise to really spruce up your drinks for any seasons. You can have iced teas to hot teas that give you that extra warmth. Spring is coming up and it’s the perfect time to add a mix of warm and cold tea infused beverages to up your game in drinks! We have made a list of drinks that require 3 ingredients excluding the tea bag as the main base. It can really be used with any tea for most of these recipes and should be super quick to make!

1.Milk Tea

It is the easiest drink to make as these ingredients are most common in any kitchen and you don’t need to always go an Asian café to get your fix! Depending on the tea, you can create Thai Milk Tea to Indian Spiced Milk Tea.

 

Ingredients

1.      Milk (or Almond/Soy Milk for vegans!)

2.      Sugar/Honey/Condensed Milk

3.      Tea bag  (Wingbeans English Breakfast tea is a great choice!)

4.      Boba (optional)

5.      Ice Cubes (optional)


Directions

1.      Add a little bit of hot water to your cup just enough to get concentrated tea

2.      Add in your tea bag and wait for it to seep for about 2 minutes.

3.      Add in the sweetener of your choice. This can be in any amount depending on how sweet you like your drink to be.

4.      Mix well to dissolve the sweetener well into the drink.

5.      Add ice (optional) and then fill the cup with cold milk.  If you want hot, then fill the rest of the cup with warm milk.

 

If you want to make it a bubble tea, put in the boba (tapioca balls) in a pot of boiling water and simmer them for about 20 minutes. Drain them and you can then add them to any drink!

2. Mojito Iced Tea

This is quite a fun drink to make for friends coming over and it’s one that you can quickly turn into a cocktail if you want to party it up!

 

Ingredients

 1. Mint Tea bag  (We recommend Wingbeans Moroccan Mint Tea)

2. Sugar or Honey

3. Mint (optional for extra garnish and taste)

4. Lime

5. Ice

6. Sparkling water (optional)

 


Directions

1.      Add a little bit of hot water to your cup just enough to get concentrated tea

2.      Add in your tea bag and wait for it to seep for about 2 minutes.

3.      Add in the sweetener of your choice. This can be in any amount depending on how sweet you like your drink to be.

4.      Mix well to dissolve the sweetener well into the drink.

5.      Add in the ice cubes and mint and fill the rest of the cup with water. (Or you can do half sparkling water and half alcohol like gin)

6.      Squeeze in half a lime to your cup and mix well.

3. Fruity Iced Tea

This is quite a fun drink to make for friends coming over and it’s one that you can quickly turn into a cocktail if you want to party it up!

Ingredients

              1.  Tea bag  (Perfection with our Wingbeans Prairie Fairy Tea)

2. Fruit Juice

3. Ice

4. Sparkling Water (optional)

5. Fruit (optional)


Directions

1.      Add a little bit of hot water to your cup just enough to get concentrated tea

2.      Add in your tea bag and wait for it to seep for about 2 minutes.

3.      Fill your cup with ice. 

4.      Add in the fruit juice of your choice to fill in the rest of your cup.

5.      You can do ¾ part fruit juice and ¼ sparkling water and add in some fruits for some aesthetics! (optional)

3. Chai Latte

Who doesn’t love this spicy Indian drink whether it’s in the summer or winter? It’s so addictive and super simple to make at home!

 

Ingredients

              1.  Chai Tea bag 

2. Milk

3. Condensed Milk/ Sugar/ Honey

4. Ice (optional)

5. espresso shot ( optional for some dirty chai lattes)


Directions

1.      Add a little bit of hot water to your cup just enough to get concentrated tea

2.      Add in your tea bag and wait for it to seep for about 2 minutes.

3.      Add in your shot of espresso. (optional)

4.      Add in the sweetener of your choice. This can be in any amount depending on how sweet you like your drink to be.

5.      Mix well to dissolve the sweetener well into the drink.

6.      Fill the rest of your cup with warm milk

7.      Fill your cup with ice. (optional for cold drink) and add in the milk to fill your cup.

4. London Fog Latte

You can impress your friends and family with this warm and comforting drink secretly knowing how easy this was to make.

 

Ingredients

              1.  Earl Grey Tea bag (We like to use Wingbeans Blue Earl Grey

2. Milk

4. Vanilla Syrup (or just sugar and vanilla extract)


Directions

1.      Add a little bit of hot water to your cup just enough to get concentrated tea

2.      Add in your tea bag and wait for it to seep for about 2 minutes.

3.      Add in the Vanilla syrup and you can measure depending on your taste.

4.      Mix well to dissolve everything well into the drink.

5.      Fill the rest of your cup with warm milk.

5. Green Tea Frappuccino

Yes. You can make it at home without hitting up the nearest Starbucks and breaking that bank! This same idea can be applied with any tea or coffee for some extra creativity.

 

Ingredients

 1.  1tbs Green Tea Powder (We love using our Wingbeans Matcha Powder

2. Milk

3. 1/2tsp Vanilla Syrup (or just sugar and vanilla extract)

4. Ice

5. Whip Cream (optional)


Directions

1.      Add all the ingredients into a blender. ( 1 to 1 ratio for milk and ice like 1 cup milk and 1 cup ice)

2.      Blend and add whip cream on top for extra garnish
